The organisers invited the representatives from the Betting and Lotteries Commission, the Fight Crime Committee (from Central and Western District, Wanchai District, and Yau Tsim Mong District) and the district councils to participate the event to advocate no gambling message to the customers of pubs in Kowloon and on Hong Kong Island. Leaflets and souvenirs were distributed to remind the public “Enjoy the Game, Say No to Gambling”. Two episodes of mini-drama featuring Ng Leung Wing (Kin Gor) and Heily Ma, the renowned characters of “Police Report” (警訊) were staged in the pub zone to deliver say no to gambling and illegal betting to the public.
